Service Description

This class is for students that have built the strength and body awareness with the ability to do more challenging Aerial tricks/flips. Requires successful completion of level one (consists of minimum 12 basic classes). You will get core strength, balance, flexibility and total body conditioning. Students will learn how to flip, fly and flow through a series of yoga sequences. We will strengthen the deep muscles that stabilize the spine so you leave with the title of an Aerialist!!!
